This quarterly, published in 1974, discusses the background history of the Rutland Bicycle Rink, and discovered evidence that the rink at some time after its existence, was a shirt factory and a plant for the Marble City Electric Co. Mr. Scieszka was an enlisted man aboard the U.S.S Rutland and sent a picture of the flag and of the ship as a memory of the “Rutland Navy”. The quarterly also includes a few book reviews of Rutland’s interest, of which are Frontiersman of Fortune. Moses M. of Mineral Point. by K.W.
